The universe chose to give me a transition support case on Thursday night. (I’m trained to assist families in bringing everyone to a place of peace as a loved one shuffles off the mortal coil.) I got to the family home at 5:30pm, prayed with every one in the room continuing to bring everyone in alignment with the moment and mom passed on at 6:30pm. Always an honor to be present when consciousness leaves the body. It was a sweet start for my personal retreat. Felt her consciousness around me for awhile. ——————————————– There is a place on the drive into Kings Canyon where the road is a corniche on one sheer canyon wall 1000 up from the flowing south fork of Kings River and 7000 feet of the two canyon walls tower above me, no more than 300 feet across. No camera can capture the vision. ——————————————————– The 38-mile drive into Kings Canyon completes at Road’s End, the gateway for backpackers walking into the the High Sierras. A visitor for a brief time in Kings Canyon, I am tightly surrounded by 8000 to 14,000 foot high mountains that come to pointy peaks freely penetrating the expanse of the skies, yes, so extreme in their vertical power that my consciousness feels into heaven. —————————————- The only way I could be in that immense overwhelming place of power was to be very open, present and conscious, gratefully planted in the I-amness being ONE with the experience.
